资源简介:
Objective To understand the environmental risk level and influencing factors of unintentional injury in the families of children aged 0-6 in Mianyang City, so as to provide reference for the management department to formulate child accidental injury prevention strategies. Methods From April to June 2024, parents of children aged 0-6 were recruited in Mianyang urban area to conduct an online questionnaire survey, which included two parts: basic information and environmental scale of unintentional injuries in children's families. The median (interquartile range) was used to describe the scores of the family unintentional Injury Environment Scale score, the Mann–Whitney rank-sum test or Kruskal Wallis H test was used for comparison between groups, and the influencing factors of the total score were analyzed by multiple linear regression model. Results A total of 405 parents were surveyed, and the total score of the environmental assessment of accidental injuries in the family of the total population was 92 (71~98.5) points, and 248 high-risk families accounted for 61.2%. The scores and the proportion of risk level of the family with different ages, different main caregivers, different education level of the main caregivers, different unintentional injury history were different. And the differences were statistically significant: the scores of 1~3 years old were the highest, which were 93 (70.50, 99) points (H=6.061, P<0.05), and the score of the family with grandparents as main caregivers was higher than that of parents and others, which were 94.50 (88.00, 100.00) points (H=15.194, P<0.001), the score of caregivers with primary school or below was the highest compared with those with other educational qualifications, which was 95.00 (91.00, 99.00) points, (H=39.978, P<0.001). The score of 94.00 (85.00, 99.00) of children with a history of unintentional injury was higher than that of 90.00 (65.00, 97.00) without a history of unintentional injury, (Z=-3.219, P<0.001). The χ2 values of comparison of risk level proportions, were 20.039, 24.206, 63.092 and 10.424, respectively, and the P values were < 0.05.Conclusions In Mianyang urban area, the environment of unintentional injury in home is mostly at a high risk level, and there are differences in the assessment scores of unintentional injury environment in families with different characteristics. It is necessary to strengthen the education of family environmental safety knowledge for specific groups of people, and eliminate potential safety hazards timely , so as to reduce children unintentional injuries in home.
