Immune transcriptome, antibody repertoire, anti-IgG and neutralizing antibody levels to SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and cytokine levels in 16 nuns (median 81 years) that had received the BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine 15 and 20 months after recovering from COVID-19 and in 5 previously infected nuns (median 86 years) that had received two doses 10 months after their infection in comparison to 14 naïve persons (median 58 years) and 5 naïve nuns (median 73 years) receiving two doses.
