Newton.Sequences were generated from eDNA extracts of genuine and falsified artesunate antimalarial tablets to characterise diversity found in bacterial 16S rRNA (V4 region 515f-806r), eukaryote 18S (V9 region Euk1391f-1510r), and whole mitochondrial genome capture (using MYTObaits).
