a whole genome sequencing of blastocyst culture medium, trophectoderm and blastocyst-stage embryos using MALBAC-NGS

A total of 192 samples were collected from 30 patients and enrolled in two separate studies focused on the application of preimplantation genetic testing for structural rearrangements (PGT-SR) protocols on blastocyst culture medium (BCM) , trophectoderm (TE), and blastocyst-stage embryos (BE) specimens (123 samples, 41BCM, 41TE and 41 BE from 22 consenting couples who were referred to CRs); [2] the application of preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies (PGT-A) protocols on BCM, TE and BE specimens (69 samples, 23 BCM, 23 TE and 23 BE from 8 patients with normal karyotype).
