Seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 were treated with a cutin oligomeric mixture (COM) for 30 min. To evaluate if such treatment was able to induce transcriptional reprogramming related with plant immunity. The transcriptomic profiles were compared with those of the Mock treatment. The list of differentially expressed genes was generated to evaluate similarities with the profiles obtained with treatments with well described plant immune elicitors.
