TMF data for NIMONIC 90 material from tests performed at Universität Karlsruhe - Institut für Werkstoffkunde I (now Karlsruhe Institute of Technology - KIT) in the scope of the FP5 TMF-STANDARD project on thermo-mechanical fatigue (TMF) standardisation (details at http://cordis.europa.eu/project/rcn/58321_en.html). The project addressed the issue of standardisation of TMF testing within the framework of the ISO/TC 164 Working Group on TMF.
