Processed RNA-seq dataset of ESM1-knockdown SiHa cells

This dataset contains processed RNA-seq analysis results derived from SiHa cervical cancer cells with endogenous ESM1 suppression. The deposited files include normalized read counts, complete DESeq differential expression results, filtered differentially expressed gene lists, upregulated and downregulated gene lists, DESeq output files, and summary statistics. These data support transcriptomic analysis associated with the study entitled “ESM1-mediated DNMT3A suppresses cervical cancer metastasis through epigenetic regulation of ID3 expression.”
