We used scRNA-seq analysis to investigate the cell-to-cell communication in the gonadal adipose tissue of aging mice. Overall design: We conducted the p16CreERT2-tdTomato mice of 18 month old to study the function of cell-to-cell communication in the gonadal adipose tissue. The tdTomato-positive CD45- cells, tdTomato-positive CD45+cells, tdTomato-negative CD45- cells and tdTomato-negative CD45+ cells were collected through FACS and processed for library preparation.
