Classification Workbook for "Safety and Compliance Frameworks for Large Language Models in Healthcare: A Scoping Review and Lifecycle-Mapped Taxonomy"

Structured classification workbook supporting a scoping review of 155 papers on LLM safety and compliance in healthcare (January 2022 through March 2026). Contains six tabs: (1) Paper Catalog with all 155 paper classifications across 14 dimensions including taxonomy category assignment, key contribution, limitation, healthcare specificity, and classification justification; (2) Taxonomy Framework defining the six-category lifecycle-mapped taxonomy with sub-categories, paper counts, and readiness tiers; (3) Search Queries documenting the systematic search strategy across six databases (PubMed, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, arXiv, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar) with 1,847 total records; (4) Comparison Tables with cross-category summary statistics including production validation rates and regulatory coverage; (5) Second Coder validation data for 82 independently classified papers (52.9% of corpus, Cohen's kappa = 0.969) with documented disagreement resolutions; (6) Quantitative Synthesis with publication acceleration rates, composite readiness scores, and venue distribution. This dataset enables independent verification and reproducibility of all quantitative findings reported in the associated manuscript.
