By collecting and analyzing data related to Shaoxing customers' demand for TPU films, this dataset aims to understand customers' purchasing power and demand preferences for TPU films, determine whether the product is marketable, and formulate production strategies for all enterprises in the industry to better provide personalized products and services to users.
1. Data Collection: Collect relevant transaction data of regular customers for TPU films.
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis.
3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data with the following formula: P={a1 (minimum single-transaction purchase amount)/b1 (minimum single-transaction order quantity) + a2 (maximum single-transaction purchase amount)/b2 (maximum single-transaction order quantity) + a3 (average purchase amount)/b3 (average order quantity)} * k, where k is the consumption coefficient that varies across regions. According to empirical values, the k value for Shaoxing is 0.6.
4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into "high", "medium" and "low" levels based on the calculated demand score: mark customers with a score above 1000 as "high-level", those with a score between 500 and 1000 as "medium-level", and those with a score below 500 as "low-level". This helps enterprises better understand their customer base: communicate with high-level enterprises 1 to 2 times per month, communicate with medium-level enterprises 1 to 2 times per quarter, and communicate with low-level enterprises 1 to 2 times per half-year, so as to formulate more precise production and marketing strategies.
