Through transcriptomic profiling, three auxin-related genes (IAA24, PIN1C, and YUC5), one GA-related gene (GA20ox2), one cell wall metabolic process gene (G4OM1), and one defense response gene (DRP-RG3) were found, which may have vital association to illuminate the function of OsDGK1. Total RNA samples were extracted from seven-day-old soil-grown root tissue of WT-DJ, dgk1-1, and OE2. Each line contains three biological repetitions.
