We developed a delivery vehicle using hybridized bacterial outer membrane vesicles (hOMVs) from Akkermansia muciniphila (Akk) bacteria and CD326-targeting peptide-engineered E. coli to deliver the copper chelator tetrathiomolybdate (TM@CD326hOMV) to tumors to foster the anti-tumor effect in vivo.
