Plumage dataset

Plumage score dataset for the Palm Warbler subspcies (<i>Setophaga palmarum</i>) hybrid zone project. Scores of the ventral plumage colouration reflects the degree of hybridization between the two subspecies: <i>S. p. palmarum</i> and <i>S. p. hypochrysea</i>. Columns:<b>ID</b>: specimen ID<b>ID_No</b>: number extracted from the specimen ID<b>File</b>: associated image file<b>Lum_Yellow</b>: yellow luminance values (red luminance + green luminance / blue luminance) as calculated by <i>ImageJ</i><b>plumage_score</b>: 0-1 standardized Lum_Yellow scores
