We generated leaf and inflorescence transcriptomes of apomictic tetraploids andsexual diploids/tetraploids of P. notatum accessions.We sequenced 18 leaf libraries, from six different accessions, each with three independent biological replicates, and two floret libraries of the diploid/sexual and tetraploid/apomictic , without biological replicates. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx for 72-bp PE reads.
