The presence of each Gene Ontology (GO) term as returned by EggNOG and PFam across recipient groups (All Go Terms; columns B-F), those returned just by EggNog (G-K) and by Pfam only (L-P); GO terms were slimmed using the generic GO-Slim database as accessed on the GO website (http://current.geneontology.org/ontology/subsets/goslim_generic.obo) in April of 2021 and then counted.

We also give the number of GFs with eukaryotic sequences that return each GO term through either source. (XLSX)
