This study focuses on the genome sequencing and analysis of Fusarium proliferatum, a fungal endophyte associated with the leaves of Zingiber officinale (ginger) collected Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia. This research aims to understand the genomic features and explore its biosynthetic potential for secondary metabolites. This work is relevant for advancing our knowledge of microbial biodiversity and bioactive compounds derived from plant-associated fungi, which have potential applications in agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. The findings of this study may contribute to the discovery of novel natural products from endophytic fungi.
