The androgenic gland of Macrobrachium nipponense by NGS

We aimed to select sex-differentiation and determination related genes from the androgenic gland of Macrobrachium nipponense, in order to release male sexual development mechanism of M. nipponense. The long-term goal is to produce all-male population in Macrobrachium nipponense industry.
