Bacterial and microbial eukaryotic diversity and community assembly in South China Sea

A study of the community structure and distribution patterns of bacterioplankton and three size fractions of microbial eukaryotic communities, i.e., pico-eukaryote (0.2-2 um), nano-eukaryote (2-20 um), and micro-eukaryote (20-200 um), in three water layers (surface, subsurface, 200m) of the euphotic zone in the South China Sea.
