资源简介:
Sleep is associated with an array of adverse health outcomes. There is uncertainty in how best to measure sleep for understanding its connections with health, but one proposed approach is the multidimensional model of sleep health. The goal of this study is to examine sleep in the vulnerable population of correctional officers (COs) through a multidimensional sleep health framework. An archival dataset will be used to address the research objectives. The collection of this dataset on 240 COs from 7 workplace sites was funded by the National Institute of Justice; the second and third contributors of this project were co-investigator and investigator, respectively. Multidimensional sleep health will be calculated and reported for the CO sample, including statistics on adherence to actigraphy measures, optimal versus suboptimal levels for each of the six sleep health components, and the composite multidimensional sleep health score. unknown other
