Approved and proposed easements represented as lines in a layer belonging to VLAT.\nOnly a subset of easements have been captured.\n\nThis dataset s a raw superset of VMPROP_EASEMENT. It shows the current and retired states of each feature instance. It supports feature versioning (UFI_RETIRED) and enables feature edting chaining (UFI_OLD).\n\nThis layer should be used in conjuction with the other layers and aspatial tables that make up VLAt and replaces the CAD_LINE layer.已获批及拟议的地役权 (easement) 以线状要素形式存储于隶属于VLAT的图层中。目前仅捕获了部分地役权数据。 本数据集为VMPROP_EASEMENT的原始超集，展示了每个要素实例的当前状态与已退役状态。其支持要素版本控制（UFI_RETIRED），并可实现要素编辑链式操作（UFI_OLD）。 本图层应与构成VLAT的其他图层及非空间表配合使用，同时替代了原CAD_LINE图层。
