Benthic Eukaryote (18S rDNA) Survey of E and S Alligator Rivers, Kakadu National Park

The data encompasses a benthic survey of the East and South Alligator Rivers, Kakadu National Park. Each estuary was survey on two occasions (wet and dry), encompassing eight sites from the mouth to the road crossings. Lineage: Data is derived from 454 FLX pyrosequencing of the 18S rRNA gene. Data was processed using Amplicon Pyrosequence Denoising Program (APDP) (Morgan et al. 2013). The data wall data was rarefacted 3855 reads. Taxonomy is provided using both SILVA and GenBank.

本数据集涵盖卡卡杜国家公园东鳄鱼河与南鳄鱼河的底栖生物调查。两座河口各开展两次调查（雨季与旱季），共设置8个采样站位，覆盖从河口至道路交叉口的区域。

数据集溯源：本数据源自18S核糖体RNA（18S rRNA）基因的454 FLX焦磷酸测序。
数据处理采用扩增子焦磷酸测序降噪程序（Amplicon Pyrosequence Denoising Program，APDP）（Morgan等，2013年）。本数据集的测序数据经抽平至3855条测序读段。
分类学注释同时依托SILVA数据库与GenBank数据库完成。
