ITS plus plastid combined data set with all samples included

This is a nexus file (6817 positions) with parsimony commands of the combined nuclear ITS (positions 1-699) and plastid data set. The latter comprises trnL-trnF (700-1698), ndhF-rpl32-trnL (1699-2687, separated into ndhF (1699-2687) and rpl32-trnL (2688-3838)), trnV-ndhC (3839-5222, with a variable region at 3839-3939), and trnS-trnG (5223-6817). The data set includes all 38 samples included in the study.
