Viral metagenomic sequencing of Western USA freshwater mussels

This project includes data from viral metagenomic sequencing of freshwater mussels collected in 2018 and 2020 from 5 sites in Oregon and Washington, USA. Data from this project includes the original sequencing data from multiple Illumina MiSeq runs used to identify more than 500 virus contigs. Samples were all collected as hemolymph from the anterior adductor muscle.
