Experimental data and scripts related to the room temperature<strong> ODMR </strong>setup<strong> </strong>within the QIT DL Lab. The ODMR technique is used to characterize color centers in diamond. It allows the acquisition of photoluminescence (PL) data, as well as mapping of physical quantities such as magnetic/electric/strain fields or temperature gradients. This data is part of the characterization process of a CMOS-integrated quantum diamond biosensor. It has been acquired by shining a green laser on a diamond sample and sweeping over microwave frequencies, recording photoluminescence intensity drops. The data is in the form of .NPY, .JASON, .TXT, .PNG. Parts of the data obtained here have been used in the preparation of papers.
本数据集涵盖QIT DL实验室室温光学探测磁共振(Optically Detected Magnetic Resonance, ODMR)实验装置相关的实验数据与配套脚本。ODMR技术可用于表征金刚石中的色心,能够获取光致发光(Photoluminescence, PL)数据,同时可实现磁、电、应力场及温度梯度等物理量的图谱测绘。本数据属于互补金属氧化物半导体(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor, CMOS)集成式量子金刚石生物传感器表征流程的一部分,实验采集流程为:向金刚石样品照射绿色激光,对微波信号进行扫频,同时记录光致发光强度的衰减变化。数据格式包含.NPY、.JASON、.TXT及.PNG。本数据集所涵盖的部分实验数据已用于多篇学术论文的筹备撰写工作。
