miR-302 is a temporal regulator of neural crest development [Mouse RNA-seq]

We analyzed wild type and miR-302 knockout embryos at E7.5 and sorted neural crest using Wnt1-Cre at E8.5 and Sox9 at E9.5 to capture transcriptomic differences during neural crest development Wild type and miR-302 knockout embryos were analyzed at each time point E7.5, E8.5, and E9.5本研究针对胚胎发育第7.5天（E7.5）、第8.5天（E8.5）及第9.5天（E9.5）三个时间点的野生型（wild type）与miR-302基因敲除（miR-302 knockout）小鼠胚胎开展转录组分析；其中在E8.5阶段采用Wnt1-Cre标记、E9.5阶段采用Sox9标记分选神经嵴（neural crest）细胞，以捕捉神经嵴发育过程中的转录组差异。
