Abstract This paper synthesizes the Niami Philosophical System into a unified theoretical framework integrating Structural Subjectivity, Responsible Suspension, Ontological Suspension, Dynamic Masking, Ontological Leakage, and Phenomenological Collapse. The central claim is that human subjectivity is not a stable entity but a dynamic, multi-layered system operating under continuous structural pressure, extraction, and reconfiguration. The framework proposes that lived experience is organized through recursive cycles of collapse, suspension, and regeneration, mediated by adaptive mechanisms that stabilize coherence under conditions of epistemic, existential, and social complexity. Responsible Suspension is introduced as the normative-epistemic operator regulating judgment under uncertainty, while Phenomenological Collapse describes threshold states of structural breakdown in experience. The system offers a unified ontology of transformation in which continuity is emergent rather than essential.
