收藏资源简介:
Overview This repository stores the core reproducible analysis code corresponding to the manuscript, which is provided for peer review, result verification and research reproducibility purposes. All essential analytical procedures required for the core conclusions of the study have been compiled and integrated into the current code version, ensuring that reviewers can reproduce the core modeling results and key analytical findings smoothly based on the existing scripts. Included Analytical Procedures The complete workflow of core data processing and machine learning modeling has been fully implemented and included in this repository. Specifically, the current code covers the entire pipeline from raw data processing to in-depth model interpretation, including standardized data import, multi-source data merging and integration, data cleaning, missing value handling and other preliminary data preprocessing steps; the construction, hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation and final fitting of the machine learning model; as well as the post-hoc model interpretation analysis based on SHAP values to quantify feature importance. All the above core modules are complete and runnable, supporting the reproduction of the core modeling results of the study. Planned Subsequent Updates Supplementary analytical codes and visualization scripts that are not fully integrated into the current version will be gradually supplemented and updated in this repository in due course. In particular, the special code for Group-Based Trajectory Modeling (GBTM) characterization analysis, as well as the targeted codes for generating standardized scientific charts, graphs and visual illustrations for the study, will be uploaded sequentially as the follow-up content of the repository, so as to further improve the completeness and reproducibility of the overall analysis. Notes Follow-up code updates will follow the same standardized format to ensure the consistency and readability of the overall analysis scripts.
