Comparative phylogeography of temperate plants in the Sino-Japanese Floristic region

To reveal phylogeographic histories of temperate plants in the Sino-Japanese Floristic region, we sampled four plant groups which show disjunct distribution of mainland China and Japanese Archipelago. Chloroplast genome sequencing and RAD-seq analysis were conducted to infer the evolutionary history of the plants.
