Zeta potential measurements for “The Response of Carbon black stabilized oil-in-water emulsions to the addition of surfactant solutions”

This dataset reports the response of carbon black emulsions to various surfactant concentrations. Octane-in-water emulsions were exposed to anionic, nonionic, and cationic surfactant solutions of various concentrations. This dataset reports the zeta potentials for these particles after the introduction of various surfactant concentrations.本数据集记录了炭黑乳液（carbon black emulsions）对不同表面活性剂浓度的响应情况。实验中将水包辛烷乳液（Octane-in-water emulsions）暴露于不同浓度的阴离子型、非离子型及阳离子型表面活性剂溶液中。本数据集同时记录了引入不同浓度表面活性剂后，上述颗粒的ζ电位（zeta potentials）数值。
