This collection contains processed data files to reproduce the results in "Epigenome and early selection determine the tumour-immune evolutionary trajectory of colorectal cancer". Version 2 update: new files generated in analysis for revision are included.本数据集集合包含处理后的数据文件，可用于复现《表观基因组与早期选择决定结直肠癌的肿瘤-免疫进化轨迹》一文的研究结果。本次更新至版本2：新增了为修订该研究开展分析时生成的新数据文件。
