Percepción de habitantes sobre destino turístico de Cócorit Sonora;México

Dataset SPSS The study was conducted in the community of Cócorit, in the state of Sonora in northern Mexico. A questionnaire was applied to 367 people representing each of the families that were interviewed in home visits during a tour of the community. This instrument was structured according to a theoretical review, based on theoretical and empirical contributions from various sources. It is divided into two sections, the first is composed of six demographic data items: gender, age, language, educational level, activity and length of time as a resident (Valdez & Timothy, 2011); the second part regarding the aspects of possible perceived benefits and the viability of the community to become a tourist destination, is formed by 23 items distributed as follows: 4, 5, 8, 10, 13, 14, 14, 17, 18 and 23 from Erotokritakis & Andriotis (2006), 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 15, 16 and 19 from Valdez & Timothy (2011) and 20, 21 and 22 from Álvarez-Quijada (2017). The response options are five on a Likert scale, in which: 1) Strongly Disagree, 2) Disagree, 3) Neutral, 4) Agree and 5) Strongly Agree.
