Viral-Manifold Dataset represents a topological reconstruction of public health "stress" across the United States, transformed from the COVID Tracking Project’s historical archives. By mapping geographic state centroids to a coordinate grid and utilizing current hospitalization rates as the vertical displacement ($z$-axis), the engine treats the pandemic’s progression not as a list of numbers, but as a continuous, warping physical surface. Each row in the 12-column CSV provides a high-resolution snapshot of this geometry, where Surface Normals ($N_x, N_y, N_z$) and Theta angles ($\theta$) quantify the "sharpness" of viral hotspots, and a Rainbow Gradient encodes the distance from the manifold's centroid. This standardized structure allows the V74 engine to identify "Topological Fractures"—regions where health system strain deviates sharply from neighboring states—providing a mathematical signature of the epidemic's structural impact over time.
