This study investigates the transcriptomic alterations in human placental choriocarcinoma JEG-3 cells following exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals bisphenol A (BPA) and bisphenol S (BPS). RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to identify differentially expressed genes and pathway-level changes associated with chemical exposure. These findings provide insights into the epigenotoxic impacts of bisphenols on placental function and contribute to understanding potential mechanisms underlying adverse pregnancy outcomes.
