This deposit contains the raw multispectral autofluorescence images and corresponding cell masks used in the study 'Monitoring Reactive Oxygen Species-Induced Cellular Response in Retinal Pigment Epithelium Cells Using Autofluorescence Multispectral Imaging.' The dataset comprises images of h1RPE7 retinal pigment epithelium cells under control conditions and following treatment with iodoacetic acid (IAA), rotenone, thapsigargin, hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), or N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA).
