Phaeocystis pouchetii transcriptome

Phaeocystis pouchetii was grown in replete L1 media, L1 media without nitrate, and L1 media without phosphate (three biological replicates in each treatment). Cells were harvested when nutrient limitation was detected in the -N and -P treatments. Cultures in replete media were in exponential growth phase during harvest.
