MicroBooNE v2 — Informational Coherence Test (MCI)

Reproducible pipeline and outputs for the MicroBooNE v2 informational coherence test (parametric-null, max-T). Includes scripts (00–06), manifest, CSV outputs (core_stats, pvalues, combined p), checksums for official HDF5 files (not redistributed), and a minimal conda environment.
