Impact of oral flora on the Lower Respiratory Tract Microbiomes.

In this study, we employed the 16S rRNA gene sequencing technique to identify changes in bacterial relative abundance to determine alterations in the LRT microbiome following microbial challenge with oral flora, with the aim of identifying specific bacteria populations and functional targets in cancer environment.
