1901-1999年中国天文底片天体参数测量库，通过扫描图像处理软件获得每张底片图像上天体的底片位置和亮度等信息，共生成29314个文件，组成天体参数测量库。包含字段：X,Y,I。
Database of Astrometric Parameters of Objects on Chinese Astronomical Plates during 1901-1999 includes 29314 files in txt format. Each file contains the celestial body's position coordinate and it brightness. Fields in file are X, Y, I.
