资源简介:
As part of the Nippostrongylus brasiliensis genome project we are profiling the transcriptome of the parasite across its life cycle using RNA-Seq. N. brasiliensis is an intestinal nematode of rodents, closely related to the human hookworms (Ancylostoma and Necator) which infect an estimated 740 million people in tropical countries, and to Haemonchus contortus, the worldwide parasite of sheep and goats, also being sequenced. N. brasiliensis is easily maintained in the laboratory, and has become widely used as an immunological and biochemical model for nematode parasites.. This data is part of a pre-publication release. For information on the proper use of pre-publication data shared by the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (including details of any publication moratoria), please see http://www.sanger.ac.uk/datasharing/
