Genetic and metabolite markers associated with resistance against anthracnose fruit rot in northern highbush blueberry

Blueberry cultivars have highly variable resistance to anthracnose fruit rot. This dataset covers re-sequencing of a population of mixed anthracnose resistance and expression data from berries.
