E.faecium was isolated from honey bee gut in Almadayin/ Baghdad/Iraq by culturing on MRS agar in December 2022 and diagnosed as a new strain by 16rsRNA Sequencing, then the bacterial DNA proceed for whole genome Sequencing by NGS and using De novo analysis to analyze the raw data( through Macrogen) . this strain produced bacteriocin which cause an inhibition zone against four types of MDR bacteria as a crude and as a purified bacteriocin by ion exchange and gel filtration methods. the main purpose of doing WGS is to determine what genes responsible for production of bcteriocins
