These BAM files are generated after full genome sequencing of passages of Omicron subvariant (BA.5.2.20) on Vero cells, after which they underwent a deep bioinformatic analysis to detect the emergent mutations that appeared during propagation on cell culture. The study aims to compare the generated reeds of propagated strains with those of the original strain (a nasopharyngeal swab).
