Adjust cell concentration according to EasySep TM Rat T cell isolation Kit (STEMCELL, Canada) CD3+t lymphocyte negative selection instructions. T bar cells co-cultured with P group, NT15 group (30nm), NT40 group (100nm), and NT70 group (200nm) titanium plates were separated and completely dissolved in 1mL RNAiso Plus. The samples were prepared for RNA extraction, quality detection and id library construction. Sequencing was then performed using the NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina, USA) platform.
