The low-temperature heat exchanger is the key equipment in the cryogenic system, which has a direct impact on the cryogenic system performance. As the core parts of heat exchanger, fins structure determines the heat transfer performance to a large extent. This article adopts the numerical simulation method, researched the low-temperature helium in wavy fin channel flow heat transfer characteristics, the influence of different working conditions on the fin performance is simulated, and the influence degree of ripple amplitude and wavelength on the fin performance is analyzed. The results show that the heat transfer performance of helium in the corrugated fin channel at low temperature is better than that at normal temperature, and the difference is more obvious with the increase of Reynolds number, while the resistance characteristics have no obvious change at these two conditions.With the decrease of wavelength and the increase of amplitude, both j and f factors increase.At low temperature, with the increase of amplitude and wavelength, the variation range of heat transfer resistance characteristics decreases gradually compared with that at normal temperature.
