MG1655 Images & Meshes

This data was used to train a support vector machine that distinguishes between correct and incorrect cell detections. E. coli MG1655 was grown in five different media ranging from nutrient rich to nutrient poor. The different nutrient conditions yielded cells of different sizes and morphologies in order to train a model that deals well with cells of varying sizes.本数据集用于训练可区分细胞检测结果正确与否的支持向量机（Support Vector Machine）。实验以大肠杆菌（E. coli）MG1655菌株为对象，在五种营养丰度从丰富到匮乏的不同培养基中培养。不同的营养条件会催生尺寸与形态各异的大肠杆菌细胞，借此训练能够良好适配不同尺寸细胞的模型。
