Annual electricity volumes (MWh) activated (upwards or downwards) on the sector adjustment mechanism. The following are also available in this dataset: * Average costs (€/MWh) of adjustments * The number of tense situations (in half days) The TERRE (Trans-European Replacement Reserve Exchange) project corresponds to the establishment of a European platform for the exchange of standard complementary tertiary reserve products that can be activated in 30 minutes (RR: Replacement Reserve) between transmission system operators. The first exchanges of RTE on this platform started on 2 December 2020.
