USSD Mediated Flight Booking App Dataset

The dataset on USSD App explicitly describe air passengers’ understanding, perception, acceptability and utilization of USSD App as a complementary tool to the existing methods of booking flight. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among intending air passengers at two (2) international airports which are Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu and Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja, both in Nigeria.
Data was gathered using a self-administered structure and validated paper based questionnaire. The questionnaire included ten (10) questions distributed into three (3) sections: (1) Demographics information (2) Methods of flight booking and its assessment and (3) Preference of USSD App, its acceptability and intention to use USSD App if made available.
