NPInter is a comprehensive database focusing on interactions between non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) and biological molecules. It curates functional interaction data between ncRNAs and various molecules including proteins and RNAs. This database provides browsing, searching and downloading functionalities, and supports multi-dimensional filtering based on tissues, organisms, data sources and interaction types. Special emphasis is placed on the interactions between human RNA-binding proteins and SARS-CoV-2-associated RNAs.
