Next generation sequencing data for group A rotavirus strains CC425, EDIM, and Ph158

Used an NGS assay to generate and analyze RVA whole-gene consensus sequences for all 11 genes to provide data to better to understand the contemporary diversity among RVAs, to facilitate accurate interpretations of the origin of the given strains, and to assist in tracing their evolutionary patterns. Here we report raw NGS sequence data for strains RVA/Human-tc/USA/CC425/1998/G3P[9] (G3-P[9]-I2-R2-C2-M2-A3-N2-T1-E2-H3 ); RVA/Mouse-tc/USA/EDIM/XXXX/G16P[16] (G16-P[16]-I7-R7-C7-M8-A7-N7-T10-E7-H9); and RVA/Human-tc/USA/Ph158/1998/G9P[6] (G9-P[6]-I2-R2-C2-M2-A2-N2-T2-E2-H2).
