1. Moss chlorophyll data This dataset contains measurements of chlorophyll a concentration in moss samples collected from stone surfaces at Yunfeng Tunpu, treated with varying concentrations of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and benzalkonium chloride (BC). Measurements were taken on days 1, 15, and 30 using spectrophotometry at wavelengths of 665 nm and 649 nm, with concentrations calculated according to the standard formula. The data were used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of the antimicrobial agents on the photosynthetic capacity of the moss. 2. Moss Treatment Micrograph This dataset comprises micrographs of moss samples after treatment with antimicrobial agents. The images illustrate changes in moss cell morphology and pigmentation (chlorophyll) before and after treatment, providing visual evidence of the damaging effects of the agents (e.g., silver nanoparticles) on the moss. These images serve as crucial visual documentation for assessing moss removal efficacy. 3.Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) images This dataset contains scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) green-synthesized using aqueous and ethanolic extracts of four plants (cinnamon, clove, thyme, Agastache rugosa). This data was used to analyze the impact of antimicrobial agents on the metabolic activity of moss cells. 5.Species identification data This dataset contains information and results related to the species identification of moss samples collected from stone heritage surfaces at Yunfeng Tunpu. It primarily includes morphological characteristics descriptions and photomicrographs obtained using stereomicroscopy and light microscopy, along with the final list of identified species (e.g., Brachythecium procumbens, Erythrodontium julaceum). Identification was performed with reference to "Flora Bryophytorum Sinicorum" and "Moss Flora of Guizhou".
